The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell includes the renovation and addition to an existing outdated facility. Located within close proximity to downtown Lowell, the new club will include 65,000 sq ft of space. The new design makes a strong connection with the adjacent Clemente Park and the National Historic Park Canal Parkway.

The City of West Hollywood developments are challenged by many small infill sites to increase density through new housing. Located just a few blocks from the busy Santa Monica strip, this new four-story multi-family apartment building promotes thoughtful design techniques to promote social connectivity through the implementation of an active courtyard and exposed corridors. To achieve our prioritization of outdoor space our rectangular massing study is knifed in the middle by a large common outdoor space and pushed the residential element to opposite edges of our 7,680 sq ft lot.
In the spit mass parti, 6-Units are equally distributed on each of the massing with large balconies in effort to create to provide abundant opens to natural light and connection to street views and the vast vegetated read yard. Four of units are designed as 2-story condominiums, three which have panoramic private open spaces on the roof level. This apartment residences of 9,161 total sq ft of living space also consists of 14 parking spaces below grade.
Our 852 West Knoll project pushes the boundaries of the LU-8.3 General Plan set forth by the City of West Hollywood by encouraging multi-family residential neighborhood through it well maintained and landscape outdoor areas which includes diverse housing types.
