The Watts Homeless Access Center is located off Central Avenue in South Los Angeles. The center provides services to 3,600 homeless clients each year. The facility helps assist moving clients from having no regular nighttime residence to residing in a stable facility, with ID, immediate needs and benefits assistance. The Watts Labor Community Action Committee (WLCAC) is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for South Central Los Angeles residents. This project is partially funded by Prop HHH as part of a comprehensive solution to Los Angeles’ homeless crisis.
