CO-LIVING NOHO
LOS ANGELES, CA
Co-living is a popular form of housing where residents share living space along with a set of interests, values, and/or intentions. This alternative form of housing provides more density in our cities at a more affordable rate. Co-Living promotes social networking and a sense of community by allowing residents to share common spaces. A new take on an old idea, Co-Living is geared towards a millennial generation that values things like openness and collaboration, social networking, and the sharing economy.
Co Living NoHo is a 14,400 square foot 5-unit Co-living apartment building that offers 31 bedrooms located in the North Hollywood Arts District. The building is situated on an infill lot within close proximity to the North Hollywood Metro Red line stop. The 3 story row-house style units each have 5 or 6 bedrooms with shared living and social spaces. The units are lifted above the concrete base and are contained within a singular building massing to maximize efficiency. The elevated residences access views of the surrounding mountains and the towers of downtown North Hollywood.
