Kenmore Co-Living is a 13,800 square foot 5-unit Co-living apartment building that offers 29 bedrooms located in East Hollywood. The building is situated on an infill lot within close proximity to the Metro Vermont/Santa Monica Red line stop. The 2-story row-house style units each have 5 or 6 bedrooms with shared living and social spaces. The units are lifted above the concrete base and are contained within a singular building massing to maximize efficiency. The elevated residences access views of the surrounding mountains, Hollywood Sign and the towers of downtown Los Angeles.
