The scope of work includes the redesign of the exterior of the building, specifically the elevations fronting Melrose and La Cienega. The retail shops will be brought closer to the street. The building area will be expanded at the ground level and reduced where needed at the second floor. The new design will enhance the visibility / accessibility for each retailer. The central common area spaces will be opened up and made more accessible to the public.
